Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During high-volume launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

We currently offer shipping throughout the United States and selected international destinations.
United States

International Shipping

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after the shipping label is created.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed to the carrier, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Premier Line is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly first. Our support team will also do our best to assist whenever possible.
International Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or fees required by their country.
These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless explicitly stated.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the package and products
- Description of the issue
We will review the claim and work toward a suitable resolution.
Restricted Products & Locations
Certain products may have shipping restrictions depending on local laws and regulations.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders that cannot legally be shipped to a specific destination.
